Long overdue, here's a link to the Speedy Feet Standings and Potential award and money winners. Speedy Feet Series Standings and Potential Award WinnersSunday was the annual Lake Loramie Triathlon. Hopefully everyone who came out had a great race and enjoyed the great day, the great food and the great comroderie. Thanks, too, for the Troy Christian Cross Country runners who help keep us all on track. Links for the photos and results are below.
Saturday was the Bob Schul Invitational in West Milton. This is one of the largest high school cross country meets in Southwest Ohio. It was a great day and times reflected. Check back because I am posting additional videos. Here's a link... Schul Invitational Results and Videos . But the Schul was not the only race of the day. Miami County Recovery Council hosted the second annual Run for Recovery at Duke Park. Thanks to all that came out to support the cause and take advantage of the nice morning. Crankenstein will be back in 2010! October 17 is the date. $100 entry for 3 person teams. The race is 100 miles, consisting of 4 25-mile loops. Each of the three riders completes a loop individually and then on the final lap, all three riders complete the 25 miles together...! This is a unique event, a fun event and we pay back half the entry fees in the form of prize money! Stay tuned for the entry and more details!
