CANOE: The race
starts with a scenic canoe on the Little Miami River. The canoe is roughly 5.8 miles, but the
river is expected to be fast in April. |
RUN: The second phase of the race is a run on country roads back to the canoe livery. |
BIKE: The race
ends with a gorgeous bike ride on somewhat rolling hills in and around
Bellbrook and |

ENTRY FEE |
Entry Fee per team is $90. Late entry is $100 after April 1, 2007. The canoe, life jackets and paddles are provided. Participants supply their own bike and helmet. Helmets are Mandatory! |

AWARDS |
Top overall teams and top team in each category will receive awards. |
|
RACE |
Numbers, T-shirts and information packets will be distributed starting at 6:30 am at canoe rental office. T-shirts are only guaranteed to those registered by April 1. Bicycles are to be put on racks in the parking lot near to the canoe launch. Canoes are launched in intervals. |
|
LIMIT |
The triathlon will be limited so register early. |
|
TEAM |
This is a team event - total times will be kept for each individual and team. There will be a Solo category where you bring your own canoe. In the Open category, participants also bring their own canoe, racing style boats are allowed. Relay teams can be 2, 3 or 4 person teams. Use two entry forms if necessary. |

TIME |
The race will start promptly

If you wish to canoe the course ahead of time, contact Bellbrook Canoe Rental at 937-848-4212 and let them know you are practicing for the triathlon. |

REFUNDS |
Unfortunately, there are no refunds. If you or your partner are unable to participate, call or e-mail about either a substitute partner or rolling your entry to another Speedy Feet event. A fee may apply. |
