Wednesday, July 28: Well we managed to avoid the rain, but unfortunatley not the heat and humidity. Hopefully everyone is pleased with their results at tonight's Speedy Feet Caesar Creek Wednesday Night Triathlon Series Race #4.... Results and pictures are posted. There's only one more race... next Wednesday so you won't want to miss it.

Sunday, July 25: Thanks for everyone's patience this morning as we waited out the storm before starting the Piqua Triathlon. I apologize for the confusion at the start. I know the solo participants and some of the first teams only went to the first bridge instead if the buoy turn-around. Also, the run times included the bike-to-run Transition. Results and Pictures are posted.

It's not too late to sign-up for the Ride for Life, a 1 or 2 day biking event geared at raising money for Dayton Right to Life. Participation in the event comes with some great perks - free ice cream from Dairy Queen, chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A and many others. Just a note about the pledges... they are not due at the time you sign up. They are due on the day you ride. This race is next weekend, so gear up and get ready. You won't want to miss it.
